Monday, Monday

I may be a little nuts, but I decided to make Monday my official weigh-in day. Whether the results are good or bad, I'll share them once a week, and hopefully we'll all watch the pounds lost add up on the MyFitnessPal badge to the left.

I'd love to know how all of you are doing too. If you've lost, share and let's celebrate together. If you've gained, let us know and maybe we can encourage you to keep trying. Your day doesn't have to be Monday, but it should be the same day every week.

And the grand total lost for week one is...

  1. Yay, baby!!!

I'm at 219 today, but I don't know if that counts as a "loss" since I seem to fluctuate +/-5 lbs. a day.

    1. Thanks, baby! Are you logging it on MyFitnessPal and weighing in once a week? Pick one day and try to only weigh on that day at the same time of day each week. You'll get it off and keep it off. :-)

    2. @Steven I think @Christy is right. Pick one day and don't weight in any other days of the week. Everybody goes up and down during the week. Hang in there. Sometimes it's harder to lose a few pounders than a lot. :)

    3. It is harder to lose a few pounds versus a lot, but I know you can do it! Teamwork!

    4. I'll do it! Monday morning weigh-ins! And I'm gonna get rid of my extra poundage. ;-)

  2. Go @Christy! Three pounds in a week is great! I'd be happy with that. I think I'll make my day Friday. That way if I mess up on the weekend I still have all week to fix it. :)

I hope I can lose at least 2 pounds this week.

    Congrats!

    1. Thanks @Sarah! You can lose too. I'm looking forward to hearing how you do at the end of the week. I think the Friday weigh-in is a good strategy. Do your best and stay on track. I know you can do it!

  3. Yay!!! I had three too. I was sweating it big time, but I decided it was as good as day as any. If I hold true to pattern, I won't lose anything next week. But, that is ok I am going to stick with it no matter what!
